Character : Intense garnet red color,at the nose is immediately noticeable notes of fruit in alcohol, licorice and coffee. The remarkable structure given by a remarkable statement allows you to have a long persistence in the mouth with silky tannins in the finish that make it extremely elegant.

Refinement :
Vinification : Crushing with destemmer and left to macerate in special  steel tanks for about 50 days with continuous delestage and replacements. After the fermentation the wine is transferred in 20 hl oak barrels for aging  for about 60 months and in bottle for a further 12 months
